Question: How do I get to your office?
Answer: See the Contact Us section of the website for directions.
Question: Do you manage rental property owned by others?
Answer: Yes. Contact us at 404-755-6602 ext. 205 to see if our company would be a good fit for the management of your property.
Question: Is there a application fee for residential and commercial properties? Is it refundable?
Answer: The fee is $45.00 in the form of certified funds (money order or cashier's check) for each adult applicant, and it is non-refundable. This applies to both residential and commercial properties.
Question: Is my security deposit refundable?
Answer: If you meet all of the terms and conditions of the lease agreement and your home only shows signs of normal wear and tear, your security deposit will be refunded within 3-4 weeks of your final inspection.
Question: How long is the application process?
Answer: Application turnaround is 24-48 hours.
Question: I have bad credit . Will I be able to rent from you?

Houses for Rent
Question: What procedure do you use to screen rental applicants?
Answer: We ask that all potential tenants complete a rental application that asks you to list your current employer, current landlord and banking information. This information, along with information from the credit bureau is used to determine a total credit score provided to us by a third party that processes this information online. Priority consideration is given to tenants with excellent rental history.
Question: How do I apply for a property I'm interested in renting?
Answer: Rental Application can be found on property page. Please download and complete the rental application (It's a Word document). Submit completed application to our office along with $45.00 in certified funds (money order or cashier's check). We are located in the West End at 1107 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. Suite 106, near the corner of Lawson and Ralph David Abernathy.

Question: Do you accept pets (dogs & cats) in rental property?
Answer: This decision is made on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of the pet, size of the yard, whether the pet will be inside or outside and other factors. If the decision is made for your pet to live with you, there is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee that must be paid at lease signing.
Question: Do you accept Section 8 vouchers for your properties?
Answer: Yes, on certain units. Please call 404-755-6602 ext. 201 to inquire.
Question: What is the standard length of leases for residential properties?
Answer: Standard leases run for a period of 12 months (one year).

Question: How do I apply for a property I'm interested in leasing?

Question: I currently own a business and looking for additional space, will I need to submit a business plan to you?
Answer: Yes.
Question: How long is the Lease Term for commercial space?
Answer: 3-5 years is standard. There are a number of factors that influence a tenants decision to signing either a long term or short term lease. Long term leases as those that are five years or greater and short term are those that are less than five years. In any case, a long term lease is ideal for a tenant whose business is stable with no projected space changes. Most landlords will provide favorable rents and terms to long term tenants with financial credibility. Conversely, a short term lease gives the tenant flexibility especially if they have uncertainties about their future space needs.

Answer: No.Choose the area of the city you want to live in, then choose a lot to purchase. The house can be designed to fit the lot size
